If you’re looking for an inexpensive way to add probiotics to your diet, you’ve come to the right place. Our milk kefir grains give you the opportunity to make milk kefir in your home. Milk Kefir is a probiotic rich fermented/cultured milk.
These grains are packaged fresh the day they are shipped and take very little time to revive after their transit time. They have never been dried, frozen or stored in a dormant state. Our grains are grown in small batches, we give them fresh milk daily to keep them healthy, active and very well-balanced.
